Email us at support@exolus-web.site with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order email address. We will process your refund within 1–3 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, or were incorrectly charged, we will always make it right. Contact us and explain the situation.
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to Exolus Web until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a subscription period, except within the 30-day guarantee window.
