By downloading, installing, or using Exolus Web, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Exolus Web grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on devices you own or control, subject to the plan you have purchased. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Exolus Web to:

• Record individuals without their knowledge or consent where legally required
• Create content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the software in ways that harm or burden our infrastructure

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends.

6. Disclaimer

Exolus Web is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
